Reasonable maintenance requests are always dealt with as soon as possible.

We know carrying out repairs quickly and efficiently are important to our tenants and Landlords. Our On Line Reporting software not only helps speed up repair times, but is an essential date and time stamped record of notifications to help us continue to maintain our high quality service.

REQUEST REPAIR

Our target repair times are:

  • Potentially dangerous emergency faults within 24 hours.
  • Urgent repairs - essential to basic living standards or which could cause further damage if ignored - within seven days.
  • All other requests within 30 days.

If your request is for a general improvement – such as the supply or removal of furniture – the landlord will need to agree. But we always try to be fair to both parties when negotiating improvements.
