Management Plus

Management Plus is for the landlord who requires further peace of mind. The service is the same as our ‘Full Management Service’ but also includes the backing of our ‘Rent Guarantee and Legal Assistance insurance’ should the tenant default on the rent payments. This will be covered by our scheme along with legal assistance for eviction proceedings.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is also included free of charge if you don’t already have one.
